Our Pork is sourced from farms and suppliers in the North West and hung on the bone before cutting on our premises.

Gammon and Bacon
We produce our own dry cured bacon on the premises to provide a premium product with distinctive flavour and this is available as short back or middle back bacon.
We also provide bacon sourced from trusted suppliers to provide alternative economical quality products to meet all budgets including short back, streaky, smoked back and smoked middle back bacon.
We also have a range of gammon cuts including traditional horse shoe gammon steak, gammon joints, smaller corner gammon joints and loin joints.
